Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings
As the main organiser it is strictly your responsibility to pass on all information onto your guests and assure that they are aware of all terms and conditions for the booking.
All bookings arranged outside of standard opening / closing hours are subject to additional charges.
All Bookings are subject to availability at Golf Plus and Play Plus Booking System, or by contacting a member of staff.
All bookings are deemed provisional until confirmed by Golf Plus and/or Play Plus in writing after receiving full payment and confirmation of group type and size.
Group Bookings
Minimum group booking quantity is 2. Golf Plus and /or Play Plus reserve the right to charge any group, full payment for 6 people if the group numbers fall below this number. Golf Plus and/or Play Plus must be notified of any specific requests or access requirements at the initial stage of booking.
Deposits/Booking agreement
The cooling-off period ends 7 days after you give your credit card details and payment for a deposit. If you pay a deposit within 7 days of arrival, then a 48 hours cancellation policy will be active. In this case if you cancel less then 48 hours prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
Also by giving your credit card details and making payment for the deposit, you are agreeing to our booking terms and conditions. By agreeing to our booking terms and conditions all participants have consented to comply with all our playing rules and safety regulations as set out in our weaver and release of liability.
A valid credit card security will be required at reception with Golf Plus and/or Play Plus for any damages caused.
General Terms and Conditions
Quotes
All written quotes are valid for 10 working days.
Late arrivals/Priority
Golf Plus and/or Play Plus cannot guarantee completion of all sporting challenges for groups who arrive late. Priority is given on a first come first served deposit paid basis.
Stag and Hen Parties
Pre booking is essential. Prices shown are per person. An initial 50% deposit is required for all packages.
The balance is required 2 weeks from the booking date with written customer confirmation of exact and final numbers. We do not offer refunds to any cancellations after the final payment has been made.

Vouchers & Gift Cards
Vouchers/Gift Cards can be used to purchase or book Golf Plus and/or Play Plus activities or used as credit to settle tabs.
Vouchers/Gift Cards must be used in full as change cannot be redeemed or given.
Vouchers/Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discounted price or special offer.
Vouchers/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Cancellations
Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time is non-refundable.
To request a refund, please email golf@golfplus.ie with your booking reference number at least 24 hours before your booking.
